Drop-in kids workshop to plant and take home a mini microgreens sampler and learn how to grow edible sprouts at home
In this drop-in presentation, kids will plant and take home their very own mini microgreens sampler to experience the wonder and joy of plant growth at home. Microgreens are easy to grow, can be ready to eat in a few weeks, and are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Collaborator: University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener Volunteers.
