About this Workshop This workshop examines the impact that a great leader can have on their team and explores the crucial capabilities and strategies leaders must possess to promote a positive workplace culture. Participants will come away from this workshop with practical strategies for building a culture of psychological safety, promoting trust and team collaboration to support their team’s growth and success.

Learning Outcomes Examine different influencing styles and identify their preferred approach. Diagnose the right conversations to have. Apply DiSC and Influencing Styles to influence others.
