ENTRY DEADLINE: July 15th - entry fees must be paid in full and are not refundable.
Includes breakfast food/snacks, coffee each morning, lunch both days and prizing.
Early entry (FULLY PAID BY June 20th) | Member $60 / Non-Member $75
Standard Entry (FULLY PAID by July 6th) | Member $70 / Non-Member $85
Late Entry (FULLY PAID by July 15th) | Member $85 / Non-Member $100
Extreme Late Entry - At discretion of T.O. and only if space permits | $120
LIST & ARMY UPDATES: Lists are DUE JULY 17th
Terrain and other rules: WE WILL RUN 11th EDITION - FULL DETAILS WILL BE FILLED IN HERE CLOSER TO THE EVENT
Round time: 3 hour round time with clock issued by staff if needed. More details explained in player meetings prior to each day. Once your time runs out you are ONLY allowed to roll save throws and score passive points. NO ACTIONS ARE ALLOWED.
Proxy units/models: Proxies allowed to an extent; 3-D prints allowed only with express permission of T.O.
Paint requirements: Painting is not required but to receive 10 points for Battle Ready solid effort must be made to paint all major details of a model. Bases must have more than just a layer of paint. T.O. will confirm during round 1 eligibility for bonus painting points.
Rules questions: Try to settle with your opponent using core rules and app resources. Staff will issue rulings if needed. REMEMBER THIS IS FOR FUN!
Code of conduct: HAVE FUN. NO FOUL LANGUAGE. RESPECT ALL PLAYERS, STAFF AND STORE PATRONS. KEEP YOUR TABLES CLEAN.
