Fall Yoga
Four-week outdoor Hatha yoga series for members with Barbara Wood, Tuesdays 8:30–10am (includes 25‑minute walk)
Join us for a four-week yoga series with Barbara Wood every Tuesday from 8:30–10am. Exclusively for members. Registration will open on August 5.
This yoga series is based on Hatha Yoga, incorporating stretches, strengthening poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement. The practice adapts to individual needs and is open to all levels.
Classes begin at 8:30am at Center Circle with a 25-minute fitness walk, followed by a 60-minute yoga practice on the Main Lawn. This is an outdoor class. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
4 weeks (4 classes) — $68 per participant. Advance registration is required.
About Barbara Wood
Barbara Wood wants everyone to leave class feeling stronger and uplifted. Her yoga style incorporates her dance background, specifically Alignment Release and F.M. Alexander techniques. She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and a Yoga for Osteoporosis and Yoga for Back therapist.
