Coming Through

Coming Through is a night for soulful, raw, and left-of-centre dance music. Whether it’s international artists or local talent, the focus is on DJs with deep selections, diverse sounds, and unique ways of approaching the dancefloor.

For this instance, we’re bringing together three selectors who each have their own way of moving between sounds, scenes and rhythms. Afrodisiac crafts a style that blends contemporary African sounds and modern dance music into fresh, soulful sets. Mr Mojo Risin’ (Mo) brings movement and depth to the room, traversing 90s Chicago drum machines, Balearic dreams, Afro-Cuban deepness, funk, hip-hop, amapiano, broken beats and beyond. NothingDoing is the DJ duo debut of Fellagha and Starfunkel, whose selections range from Latin and Brazilian sounds to Afro-inspired music, house, techno, broken beat and garage.

Venue: Paloma — club in Berlin focused on house, UKG, electro and club music. The event runs late night into the early morning.
