PRACTICE JOY

What could be more enjoyable than practicing joy? This month’s practice event will focus on living joyfully.

We are all well-trained and experienced in how to suffer, and we could all benefit from learning to access the joy that is entirely possible in this moment. Using Swami Premodaya’s unique meditations and methods, this month’s practice event will focus on living joyfully.
