Forest Flow

Step into the peace of a beautiful woodland to experience a range of mindful activities for a two hour pause.

Welcome to Forest Flow, an opportunity to freely flow around a range of activities to encourage a balance of simply being, doing, thinking and perhaps having fun!

Join us around the open fire for mindful whittling, hammocks, woodland craft, fire lighting, wood chopping, mindful exploration, and refreshments cooked on the fire.
