Get fit, make friends and have fun in this weekly Zumba Gold class suitable for beginners, older adults or anyone who would like to join a slower paced, low impact dance party.
Get your heart rate up dancing to all the same rhythms from all over the world, without the impact on your body.
Just like in all of our classes – move your body however suits you! As we say, as long as you are sweating and smiling, that is all that matters.
Zumba Gold will improve your balance, posture, coordination and mood. Everyone is welcome.

The Ron Williams Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, Wi-Fi, snooker and table tennis, tea, coffee, biscuits, and books to borrow. See the full program here.
