Tech Time - In-person

Librarians host Tech Time offering assistance with troubleshooting and navigating issues on personal devices during 15‑minute walk‑in appointments, first come first served.

Topics assisted include e‑books/e‑readers (Kindle, Kobo), computers, smartphones and tablets. The librarians cannot assist with fixing physical hardware components, removing or scanning for malware, downloading apps or software from unknown sources, filling out online forms involving personal information, or proofreading documents.

Ask at the 4th floor information desk to sign up for an appointment during Tech Time. For questions contact the branch at 240-773-9420.
