A 90-minute training on policies and Workday procedures for managers hiring and overseeing student workers at UTampa
This 90-minute session will cover policies and Workday processes managers will encounter while managing student workers at UTampa, focusing on:
· Creating Job Requisitions · Considerations for the “Internships for All” Program — Identifying intern-eligible roles and properly documenting/titling them in Workday · Hiring new student workers · Onboarding new student workers including how to complete the Form I-9 · How to add current and returning student workers · Hours limits for student workers · Wage rules for student workers · International student worker considerations
