All-museum late-night 21+ party with DJs, live performance, dance workshops and exhibitions
Get ready to shake it in celebration of the exhibition Dancing the Revolution with Prime Time! The all-museum, late-night, 21+ party features ongoing dance workshops with dance diva Ash Moves, an electric sound and movement performance by Awilda Rodríguez Lora, and a dance floor overseen by Kinky P, King Tony, and DJ Miriam, featuring the Rave Approved Soundsystem’s sculptural, handmade speaker system.
Check out all of the exhibitions on view, commemorate the evening with a picture from the photo booth, enjoy a drink from the bar, and dance the night away! Prime Time is an after-hours series that taps into the creative pulse of Chicago with an eclectic mix of live music, performance art, film screenings, and interactive programs that transform the museum in spectacular ways. The series is an electrifying social experience created with artists and key cultural groups in the city.
