LËTZ RUN FOR EQUALITY
Weekly guided 5–6 km running squad every Tuesday evening to reclaim public space and support gender equality
Come run 5-6 km per week, primarily for yourself, and to enable women to reclaim public spaces and practice their sport freely, whenever and wherever they want with SineQuaNon Run. Do you want to run 5-6 km every week after work at a cool and friendly pace? Are you passionate about running and advocating for women's rights?
The Sine Qua Non Squad is here to empower women to reclaim public spaces and exercise freely, whenever and wherever they want. What we do: organize running and training sessions in areas often deemed "unsafe" for women, promote the right to exercise in any attire, at any time, and foster a supportive and inclusive community for all runners.
Why join us? Be part of a movement that champions women's rights and safety. Enjoy guided running sessions through inspiring routes every week. Connect with like-minded individuals and make a positive impact.
Next sessions: Every Tuesday, 7pm Location: Luxembourg-Bonnevoie, Place Léon XIII (in front of Bonnevoie’s church)

SineQuaNon promotes gender equality through sport, running in particular. This initiative was launched in France five years ago and has developed a lot with support from the UN Women and public authorities. In Luxembourg, we organise running sessions, called squads, a group of women and men running together at a cool pace every Tuesday in Luxembourg City over 5 to 6 kilometres after work to give women the confidence to practice their sport freely and safely in the public space.
