Fun with Pet Rocks

Turn regular rocks into pet rocks with a bit of paint and some glue! Please bring your own rock or two and come dressed in a paint-friendly outfit (smocks or old t-shirts recommended!). Adults accompanying children under 9 must stay in the library for the duration of the program. Grades K-7. Drop-in.

• Takes place in a programming room • Participants can sit on the floor, in chairs or stand at any time • Participants are welcome to move, stim, or take breaks as needed • Sensory Kits with fidget toys, ear defenders, sunglasses and weighted stuffies are available • Materials such as markers, scissors and glue will be used. Some accessible crafting materials will be provided.
