Facilitated adult workshop exploring strategies to reduce phone use and spend more time offline
Are you interested in taking a break from your phone and disconnecting from technology? Join us for this facilitated workshop where we will discuss what a digital detox is, and how we can spend less time on our phones and more time doing the things we enjoy.
We will reflect on how we use technology in our daily lives and what strategies and resources we can use to spend more time offline.
