Fifty dancers move as one in the Irish debut of Colossus by Stephanie Lake, one of Australia's most electrifying choreographers.
Thrilling and powerful, this is dance at its most exhilarating. Out of darkness, a tidal wave of bodies surges into motion — driving, colliding and reforming with breathtaking force. A single movement sparks a chain reaction, propelling the ensemble from chaos to astonishing precision. As dancers break from the group and return to it, Colossus explores how we shape the crowd, and how the crowd shapes us.
