CLOUDHOUSE IS BACK. And this time, we're going bigger. For too long, Singapore has been missing the festival experience. The energy. The music. The feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself. So we're bringing it back. One massive warehouse. Hundreds of people. Immersive production from start to finish. No velvet ropes. No exclusivity. Just great music, great people and an atmosphere that's been missing for far too long. We've done parties. Now it's time to build festivals. Welcome to the Warehouse Festival.

Event basics • When & where? Sat 18 July 2026, 7:00pm–11:30pm at 37 Tanjong Pagar Distripark #01-02. • Entry point? Level 1 lobby check-in. • Last entry? Management may set a last-entry time for safety—check your e-ticket on the day.

Age & ID • 18+ only. Original NRIC/FIN or Passport required. Photos/photocopies/digital IDs not accepted. No refunds for invalid ID.

Tickets & wristbands • Each ticket admits one. Wristbands are void if removed/tampered. Lost/stolen tickets/wristbands will not be replaced. • Re-entry is at venue discretion and may be restricted during peak.

Refunds / transfers • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, queue times, artist/DJ changes, set times, re-entry limits, or transport delays. • If the event is fully cancelled by the organiser without a replacement date, face-value refunds will be processed (payment/booking fees are non-refundable).

Prohibited items & searches • No outside food or alcohol. No drugs/illegal substances, weapons, glass, large aerosols, or any item deemed unsafe. • Vape/K-pod amnesty: Surrender prohibited items at entry—possession/use may breach Singapore law. Items surrendered may not be returned. • Bag checks required. Entry/refusal is at security's discretion for safety.

Alcohol & conduct • Drink responsibly. Service may be refused to intoxicated guests. Underage consumption is illegal and results in immediate removal without refund. • Be respectful—abusive, harassing, or unsafe behaviour leads to removal without refund.

Photography / filming • By entering, you consent to photo/video recording and the use of your likeness in event recap content and promotional materials (non-exclusive, no compensation). • Strobe lighting and loud sound may be used—photosensitivity/hearing caution advised.

Dress code • No strict theme. Dress comfortably and safely. Venue reserves the right to refuse entry where attire poses a safety/operational issue (e.g., offensive slogans, hazardous accessories).

Accessibility • Lift access is available; peak periods may cause waiting. For specific accessibility needs, reply to your e-ticket email and we'll assist.

Sofas/tables • Sofa/table bookings are managed by venue guest relations. Minimum spends apply. Missed arrival windows may be released; no refunds on missed or partially used bookings. Table spends count towards the bar at venue discretion.
