Civic Engagement Classes

Participants will learn how to: • Navigate local, county, and municipal government systems • Access community and economic development resources • Engage with elected officials, policymakers, and community leaders • Develop advocacy, public speaking, and media engagement skills • Participate effectively in civic and community decision-making

Curriculum includes: Session 1 – Foundations of Civic Participation Session 2 – Community Assessment & Engagement Session 3 – Solving Local Problems Through Governance & Advocacy Session 4 – Civic Engagement in Action
