Detroit in Effect (DJ Maaco) plays Regal Rooms in the Manchaca area of South Austin on July 17, 2026. Doors at 6:00 PM. Music until 1:00 AM.

Maaco comes from the same Detroit electro scene as DJ Assault, Drexciya, and Alden Tyrell, and has played Beatport Selects, HOR, The Lot Radio, Unolab, and Boiler Room. Detroit techno and electro have sparked a real wave of interest across the Deep South in recent years, and Austin dates from Maaco are rare, so this one's worth planning around.
