Acting class

Learn acting skills from an experienced tutor in this 2-hour weekly class for adults.

Our tutor has taught this acting class for many years and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Classes include a voice warm-up and text work. Build better relationships, improve your communication skills and strengthen your memory. Specifically designed with older students in mind, so all levels of physical, mental and vocal capabilities are addressed. Suitable for adults with no acting experience.

These classes run only during school terms; there are no classes on school holidays.

The Reginald Murphy Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 09:30 to 15:30. There is a table tennis table, computers, wifi, books to borrow, a piano to play and sewing machines to use and tea and coffee all for free. A weekly community lunch is held on Wednesdays at 12:00 for $10. Everyone is welcome!
