Our Tech Mentor assistance can include but is not limited to:
• Basic smartphone, tablet, and computer help • Setting up and using Email • Downloading and using apps • Making video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, etc.) • Browsing the internet (search engine basics, making simple searches, etc.) • Navigating the SJPL website and digital resources
Please note: Tech Mentor support is limited to basic technology questions.
Drop-ins are accepted. Appointments are recommended. To make an appointment, please call the branch at (408) 808-3033 or email Jin Luong at [email protected]. Priority will be given to patrons with appointments.
