ZENIT is an exploration of techno music. Our goal with the series is to capture the original spirit of the techno movement: idealistic future visions, technological optimism, and a universal sound free from prejudice to unite diverse communities.

For this second installment we're headed to Ottawa and we're bringing some world class talent with us! Hailing from Montreal, Mateo Murphy is an influential member of Canada’s techno scene, with over 20 years of experience behind the decks, and dozens of releases and remixes to his name. From his beginnings early in Montreal’s rave scene, he has developed a reputation for his seamless mixing and flawless selection, making him an in-demand DJ both at home and abroad.

DYODE is Adam McLellan (Snug) and Dan Thomas (Northeast Passage), a new live techno duo born of a desire to return to the genre’s visceral roots where hardware meets raw intuition. The DYODE project trades predictable structures for a high-stakes exploration of modular tension and improvisational risk.
