Community tool library drop-in: free tool hire and donated paint, Saturdays 10–12 and Wednesdays 11–13 at Todmorden College
The Makery's amazing community tool library is open 10:00 to 12:00 every Saturday morning and 11:00-13:00 on Wednesday mornings at Todmorden College. There's a fantastic range of power and hand tools – from mitre saws to leaf blowers. We also have free (donated) paint you can take. Tool hire is free. There is a membership fee for the year of £20. To sign up, just bring photo id and proof of address. There isn't a booking system set up (as we're all volunteers).
Just turn up and, hopefully, the tool you need will be there. You can also take out at Makery drop-in sessions, but we can't guarantee someone will always be there. If you've got any questions you can ask them on a Saturday morning – or by making a comment / messaging at the project Facebook page
