Inclusive integral yoga class combining asana, pranayama and mindfulness for all levels
Yoga for every body. This yoga course is an invitation to slow down, consciously feel your body, and recharge your energy. In integral yoga, we combine postures (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), deep relaxation, and mindfulness into a holistic practice. The exercises help you arrive in the present moment, let go, and calm the mind as well as the entire nervous system.
The course is suitable for everyone – regardless of age, flexibility, or previous yoga experience. Each exercise is individually adapted so that everyone can find their own balance and well-being. No prior knowledge is required, and there is no performance pressure.
Please bring a yoga mat, possibly a blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
