Wellness Summer Workshop

The Canadian Training Institute is thrilled to present a two-part series that will introduce participants to wellness practices that can be utilized in their everyday lives to enhance their state of well-being. Topics will include:

• Stress management and the art of de-stressing • Self-awareness • Mindfulness and Meditation

Volunteer hours can be provided to participants upon completion of the camp.
