TicketPlan Refund Protection is available for your booking. We strongly recommend that you include this option as your tickets are non refundable. Adding TicketPlan Protection protects your tickets so you can apply for a refund if you are unable to attend the event due to cancellations resulting from accidents, unexpected illness, and other specified unforseen circumstances. Full details can be found in the TicketPlan Terms and Conditions which we advise you read and retain. TicketPlan costs £1.35 per performance ticket and by adding it to your basket you are confirming you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. TicketPlan must be purchased for all tickets and cannot apply to individual tickets. TicketPlan Ticket Protection is an optional service offered by the The Customs House and administered by TicketPlan on their behalf. It is not an insurance policy.
