Former roommates Chris and Lluis meet up after a decade to hike Scotland's West Highland Way and Cape Wraith Trail. Amidst harsh weather, and chance encounters with other hikers, the solitude forces the pair to confront truths about themselves as they find out what it truly means to stand still and listen. By spending time in the majestic, raw beauty of the Highlands they reconnect with nature and the parts of themselves thought lost. Shot on location chronologically, the film is paced to allow us to fully sink into the experience of long-distance walking.
