
The Kitchen: Strawberry Eclairs
Hands-on cooking class with Chef Amara Yamamoto to make strawberry mascarpone éclairs and choux pastries
**Registration for Kitchen classes is limited to ONE class per month, per attendee.**
Join Chef Amara Yamamoto and learn how to make strawberry mascarpone éclairs. As you learn to make the versatile choux pastry dough, Amara will also teach you how to make cream puffs and gougères.
In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home.
NOTE:
• To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container. • Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time. • Class size is limited to 12 participants. • Each person attending requires their own ticket.
