Pottery Hand-building

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will explore the art of pottery hand-building using the pinch pot method. We will be making an animal of your choice using clay that has already been prepped and wedged, so you can dive right in. We will guide you through simple techniques to create your critter.

All you need to bring is an old towel to wipe your hands and an apron (or wear old clothes). Once made, you will paint it with underglaze (ceramic paint). Seize The Clay will then fire and glaze your pieces, which will take about three weeks.
