Psychedelic rock band Plastic Nancy, founded by Sam Clemens and John DeGarmo, formed in Richmond, Virginia in 2016, though recently have relocated to Southern California. Over the years the band has shape-shifted through bars, clubs, and concert halls all across the country to crystallize into a purified form of skull-crushing psychedelia for the whole family to enjoy!
