Passage Trio «Passage Coloré»

Passage Trio of Mariette Lompech (flute), Marie Garrigue (cello), and Matei Cîrnaru (piano). Together, they explore repertoire written for their formation, both well-known and lesser-known. They have performed at the Musical Instruments Museum, the Conservatory's Nocturnes Festival, and the Liszt Institute in Brussels.

They are preparing a concert based on the theme of colors. The combination and blending of the sounds of the three instruments offers a wide range of timbres and textures. This performance will present pieces that, each in their own way, evoke a diverse array of hues and atmospheres. Works planned include Bohuslav Martinů's Trio H.300, Philippe Gaubert's Aquarelles, Louise Farrenc's Trio Op. 45, plus a few solo and duo pieces, all revolving around the theme of color.
