PROGRAM
➤ 19:30 – 20:00 – warm-up
➤ 20:00 – 20:10 – opening circle
➤ 20:10 – 21:30 – Movement Medicine dance
➤ 21:30 – 21:50 – sound healing (different guest every week)
➤ 21:50 – 22:00 – closing circle
Our evenings are an entrance to the world of engaging music and ecstatic Movement Medicine dance. The dance will guide us and carry us away with different rhythms, flow or stillness, until we reach a state of freedom, full body experience or relaxation.
The evenings are always an invitation to dance with what is happening in our lives right now and what is true for us. Space is an invitation to suspend judgment of self and others and an opportunity to express ourselves freely, using the natural intelligence of our bodies. Music takes you to places where you can connect with yourself, both physically and emotionally. Through rhythm, breath and movement, we provide an opportunity to collectively release stress and tension from the body and elevate ourselves to a state of pure joy and being, without the need for alcohol or other intoxicants.
