On Wednesday 15 July, Watershed hosts a screening of Life Support — a vital new documentary documenting the experiences of international doctors working in Gaza since October 2023.
While international media have largely been prevented from entering Gaza, the film brings together firsthand testimony and footage from doctors treating patients under unimaginable conditions, offering a rare and urgent record of the destruction of the healthcare system and its impact on civilians.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with director Daniele Rugo and Professor Nick Maynard, one of the surgeons featured in the film, hosted by Joe Talbot of IDLES.
