Derby Browne studied music at the Royal Irish Academy of Music and the Conservatory of Music, Dublin. She sang in London's Soho district where she learned the Italian La Dolce Vita repertoire from Italian guitarists she worked with, then returned to Ireland and wrote this show, La Dolce Roma, based on these gorgeous, timeless and very popular songs that encapsulate the unique Italian enjoyment of life.
