Defense-ability Personal Safety Presentation
Health & Fitness · Adults · Kids: Grades 5-8 · Older Adults · Teens
This practical personal safety presentation teaches how to recognize warning signs, trust instincts, and use simple, effective strategies to avoid dangerous situations before they escalate. The class focuses on real-world awareness skills, identifying behavioral red flags, setting boundaries, and making confident decisions in everyday environments such as parking lots, public spaces, workplaces, and while running errands. Designed to be informative and accessible, this presentation offers practical tools anyone can use immediately to increase their safety, confidence, and peace of mind.

The presentation will be given by Rebecca O’Bryan, founder of Defense-ability, a company created with the goal to empower, equip, and educate people in the Silicon Valley to defend themselves, regardless of age or fitness level.
