Confidence Camp: Modeling and Media
Computers and Technology · Jobs and Careers · Teens: 13 to 19 years · Summer at CPL
Special guest Rodney Ismeil presents a workshop designed to help teens develop confidence, creative expression, and media literacy through photography, video creation, and modeling fundamentals.
The program introduces participants to the basics of presenting themselves on camera while teaching foundational photography and content creation skills. Participants learn how lighting, angles, and movement influence visual storytelling and explore how to express themselves confidently in front of the camera.
In today’s digital environment, teens constantly interact with visual media but often have limited guidance on creating content responsibly or professionally. Confidence Camp: Modeling & Media Lab provides a structured environment where participants can explore creativity while developing communication skills and media awareness.
Week two builds on skills learned in week one. Attending both sessions is recommended but not required.
