
Chicago Candy: History & Taste Test

Many of the world's most beloved candies were first created and manufactured in Chicago! Come learn about the history of these candies by watching clips of WTTW's Chicago Stories: Candy Capital documentary and sampling some sweets.
This program is for all ages and families are welcome. Space is limited, so please be mindful of others and only register if you're sure that you can attend!
Note: Please be aware that some products are manufactured in facilities that also handle common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish and shellfish.
How to Attend
Register by 5 p.m. the day before the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
Due to space limitations, please include the total number of children and adults as attendees when you register.
