
Bone Builders — Connie Morella Library Class B (Summer session)
Twice-weekly Bone Builders fitness classes for Montgomery County residents 55+ from 24 Jun to 19 Aug 2026
One hour exercise classes for people over 55 held twice a week.
These classes are designed to:
• Increase muscular strength and bone density
• Improve balance
• Enhance energy and wellbeing
With the use of ankle and hand weights, participants engage in warm-up, cool-down and balance and postural exercises.
REGISTRATION:
When enrolling, you are signing up for ALL classes in this 3 months session starting JUNE 24 and ending AUGUST 19, 2026.
This event is part of a THREE month session.
Classes are held: MONDAYS at 10:30 am and WEDNESDAYS at 2:30 pm.
Bone Builders has a strict attendance policy. Participants must consistently attend twice per week to maintain their place in the class.
No shows/no calls to the first two classes will result in being dropped from the program.
Missing more than 4 classes during the session (for any reason) will result in being dropped from the program.
Hand weights are provided. Participants may bring their own hand and ankle weights.
For adults 55 and older.
Must be a resident of Montgomery County.
As part of County Government, MCPL does not collect personal information other than for the purpose of providing programs or services.
