AI Without the Hype: Using It Safely and Sensibly

Interested in generative AI (GenAI) tools like Google Gemini but not sure how to get started? This session will cut through the headlines and technical jargon to show curious adults how to use Gemini in practical, responsible ways for personal and professional tasks. Attendees will see live demos, try simple exercises, and learn how to tap into AI capabilities across Gmail, Drive, and other Workspace apps. In order to participate in the interactive session, attendees should bring a laptop or smartphone. No prior experience required.
