Spring Circle
An evening for women of connection, spring-reflection and a guided sound bath with herbal tea and nibbles.
Join us for a beautiful evening of connection, conversation and deep relaxation, created as a space for women to simply come as they are.
We'll begin the evening with delicious nibbles and herbal tea, giving you time to settle in, relax and enjoy some easy conversation with other women. From there, we'll move into our Women's Circle, where we'll discuss the energy of spring and the approaching full moon, and explore something so many of us experience โ burnout, overwhelm and the feeling of always being "on."
You'll be guided through a gentle activity designed to help bring the mind back into stillness, create moments of calm and give us space to reconnect with ourselves.
To end our evening, Julie will lead us through a beautiful sound bath experience , allowing you to completely switch off, receive and simply rest.
There's nothing you need to prepare and nothing you need to bring. Each guest will receive a little gift to take home.
