All skill levels are invited to this casual meetup where, for this special themed series of programming, bakers can choose any baked good with ties to Chicago from the past to the present. From atomic cakes to brownies or even trying to recreate the humble Twinkie, we aim to explore the baking origins of our city and the tasty flavors that persist to this day.
