Free Repair Café at Keshen Goodman Library: bring small broken items and learn repair skills with NS Repairs volunteers
Bring your broken household items and work alongside volunteers from NS Repairs to learn simple repair skills in a welcoming, community setting. Repair Cafés are free events focused on sharing knowledge, reducing waste, and helping everyday items last longer.
Participants may bring portable items such as small electric appliances, camping gear, furniture, and more. Volunteers will help diagnose problems and demonstrate possible repairs whenever they can.
Whether you want to save a favourite item, learn a new skill, or simply see how things work, Repair Café is a fun and friendly way to connect with others and give broken items a second life.
