In Chapter Gallery, Roy Claire Potter presents COMMS FAIL, a sound installation where objects, surfaces and materials become active voices in an immersive listening environment. Join us tonight from 6–8pm to celebrate the opening.
Dan Johnson hosts a series of playful sound and listening workshops inspired by the work of Pauline Oliveros. Open to all ages and abilities.
On our screens, The Last Viking, A Private Life and Blue Heron each find characters reckoning with memory, mistakes and loss. Our British Film Institute Rip it Up season continues with Persepolis and a special introduction from animator Efa Blosse-Mason, Here We Go ‘Round The Mulberry Bush + Stevenage, and Effi O Blaenau.
At our events, our Pub Quiz returns for fun and games, Noson Lawen offers an evening to sing, play or just listen to some great traditional music, and Anushiye Yarnell’s Archipelago Movement Class invites you to take part in creative movement, gentle, adaptable and open to all.
