Movement - Open BISO Class

What happens when you give your body space to move, listen and express?

In this open class, you'll be guided through a conscious movement practice that invites presence, exploration and authentic expression. Together we create a safe and welcoming space where there is no right or wrong way to move.

No experience needed. Move at your own pace and come exactly as you are.

This class is offered as part of my BISO teacher training internship and is open to anyone curious to explore movement as a pathway to connection.
