
Indigo Tie Dye Hour

Learn how to liven up your white, natural fiber t-shirts, bandanas, and more with eye-popping designs in deep indigo blue!
We are limiting registration for this event to TEENS at this time. Registration begins NOW! We are limiting it to ten people and expect spaces to fill up fast, so please register. You must be physically present at MCPL's Wheaton Branch at 5:30 pm on August 12, 2026.
Things you will need: - Be a teen (13-17). - A natural fiber item to be dyed (cotton, for example). If you don't have an item, a few will be provided. - Old clothes you don't mind getting messy. - A sense of wonder and creativity.
We will provide the rest. Questions about this program? Contact the Library at 240-777-0678. You don't need a library card to attend, but children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, contact the branch at least one week before the program.
