Come experience a peaceful 15-minute guided meditation with Mariko Tu. The meditation will introduce you to the value of nature and wellness. Join one of the walks from 9–9:15am, 9:30–9:45am, or 10–10:15am. Meets at Center Circle. Free with admission, no registration required.
About Mariko Tu
Mariko Tu is a certified meditation teacher and educator specializing in mindfulness and compassion. She has developed and led programming in mindfulness and meditation for organizations and museums including Descanso Gardens, the Norton Simon Museum, and LACMA.
