Falls lead to serious injury. Learn how to change your daily living activities to help prevent a fall and learn what to do in case you or someone you know falls.
Topics include:
- Graphic, step-by-step guide on how to get up from a fall. - Exercises to do at home. - Home Safety Checklist
Who should come:
- Seniors 60+ - Anybody with fear of falling - Caregivers - Anyone concerned about a loved one
No registration is required – just drop in!
This is a free presentation by the Alameda County EMS Injury Prevention Program.
