An evening exploring London as it's actually lived: the ends that raised you, the crews that claimed you, the neighbourhoods that shape everything made in this city. Presented as part of Create 3: E9 to W17, this is the centrepiece event of the issue: a collaboration with food artist Barney Pau (@barneypau) and four chefs drawn from four corners of the city: Safiya Robinson, Priya Verdi, Zana Millen, and Amelia Maslaveckas.

Each chef translated their own neighbourhood, its streets, textures, memory into a single dish. Barney Pau now reinterprets all four, distilling them into one culinary language through a live Plating Workshop, opening the night before moving into an After Event of performances and gathering. Plating Workshop + After Event

A seat at the live Plating Workshop, working alongside Barney Pau as he reworks four chefs' neighbourhood-inspired dishes in real time: plating, discussing, and eating through each one, plus a first look at Create 3: E9 to W17, the issue this event documents, followed by entry to the After Event: performances, gathering, and a complimentary cocktail or mocktail to close the night.
