dadaviva! Vol.3

An event that moves lightly across the boundaries of genre and format, Dadaviva!! explores forms of expression that are uniquely of their time. For its third edition, the event brings together internationally acclaimed musicians and a visual artist working across different disciplines, presenting a one-night-only program where diverse approaches to artistic expression intersect.

Live performances include Satomimagae, whose 2025 album Taba, released on RVNG Intl., has received widespread critical acclaim in Japan and abroad. Blending guitar, voice, field recordings, and electroacoustic elements, she creates a singular musical world that is both intimate and immersive. Also performing live is Yumi Iwaki, a composer and sound artist whose work layers voice, piano, environmental recordings, and electronic sound.

The DJ lineup features Soshi Takeda, whose work has been highlighted by international publications including Pitchfork and Dazed. Rooted in deep house while incorporating ambient and Balearic influences, his sets move freely beyond genre to create an open and fluid sense of groove. Joining Soshi Takeda's DJ set is visual artist Kiyotaka Sumiyoshi, presenting a live VJ performance. Working across motion graphics, CGI, editing, and generative visual techniques, he creates immersive environments where sound and image continuously interact.
