Cooking Workshop: Cold Canning
Hands-on cooking workshop at Brighton Library: learn cold canning and taste candied pickled jalapeños.
Adults are invited to join a cooking workshop about cold canning at the Brighton Branch Library. The workshop will consist of a short presentation on the basics of cold canning and a live cooking demo of a recipe for candied pickled jalapeños. We will enjoy the jalapeños with some other light refreshments at the end of the session.
