Color Me Relaxed

Looking for a pleasant way to spend a Sunday afternoon? Join us for adult coloring, a popular therapeutic activity used to reduce stress, improve mindfulness and foster creativity.

According to the Mayo Clinic, the benefits of coloring can include improved sleep and decreased fatigue, fewer body aches, and decreased anxiety and depression. And besides, it’s fun!

All materials and light refreshments will be provided.

Registration is recommended but not required. Please register online or at the Edgewater Branch reference desk.
